Our design team brings to bear their considerable experience in instrumentation, electronics, robotics, control theory and aeronautics to the creation of innovative mechatronic devices. All device sub-assemblies are machined out of solid aluminium blocks. Each component part is then individually finished with powder coating or anodizing*.

These devices are meticulously designed and tested throughout the development cycle. Commencing right from the power supply stage, each sub-module of the device is
constructed to reduce the noise in the system. Fuses and current limiting circuits enable fault isolation and protection in the system. Industrial grade vibration resistant connectors and strategically located heat sinks make XdTech's hardware design ideal for prolonged and repeated use in any lab environment.

Such scrupulous attention to detail has ensured zero reports of device failures over more than ten years of consistent use of these devices in a variety of environments across the globe!
